Somebash is proud to present a live discussion with Shri. Vasudevan Raghavan on the daily practical application of the Bhagavad Gita.

Vasudevan Raghavan, an alumna of IIT and IIM is software professional living in Frankfurt and has several accomplishments to his credit. He, along with his wife were instrumental in founding the Paarayanam Frankfurt group a decade ago in 2010. The group of over 60 families meet regularly to learn India’s vedic heritage and chant slokas.

Shri Vasudevan started teaching the daily application of the Bhagavad Gita in 2013 and after going through an entire volume over a span of 4 years, continued to teach other Granthas like the Aathma Bodha, Tattva Bodha and is currently teaching the Viveka Choodamani. He is actively involved in conducting the annual Ganesh Chathurthi and Upakarma ceremony and other private vedic ceremonies in Germany too.

Shri Vasudevan considers Guru Swami Paramarthananda as his spiritual Guru and was able to deepen his knowledge of the Vaideeka Sampradayam, Advaita Vedanta and related topics like Upanishads, Bhrama Sutra and other advanced granthas. Swami Paramarthananda is the direct disciple of Swami Dayananda Saraswathi, who is the direct disciple of Swami Chinmayananda (founder of the Chinmaya mission).

Somebash is glad to be able to present such scholars who enable us to delve into the practical application of the Bhagavad Gita only on our youtube channel.
