For this coming Mother’s Day 2020, Somebash is proud to have amongst us, a consistent top performer from her youth, an All India Rank holder in one of the toughest courses on the planet- the Indian Chartered Accountant, an internationally acclaimed Harikatha exponent and most importantly, a Mother- Smt Vishakha Hari.

Smt Vishakha Hari is the recipient of the the very prestigious Tamil Nadu state award Kalaimamani and the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar from Sangeet Natak Akademi, Central Government of India. Few of her other awards and titles from prestigious organizations in India include the “Life Time Achievement” awards from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan, Chennai and Karthik Fine Arts, Chennai, “Vishwa Kala Bharathi” from Bharat Kalachar, Chennai, “M.S.Subbulakshmi Award” from Shanmugananda Sabha, Mumbai, “Thyagaraja Prathidwani” from Akhila Bharatha Sadhu Sanga, “Harikatha Choodamani” from the Krishna Gana Sabha, Chennai, “Sangeetha Vedantha Dhureena” from the Rama Lalitha Kala Mandira, Bengaluru and many more.

Smt Vishakha Hari would discuss with us about the mothers of ancient India and share anecdotes and research from her recently published book.
